Conferences
Conferences give students the opportunity to gain knowledge, network, and compete in events that ultimately earn them a slot to compete at the National Leadership Conference!
Conferences
In order for a post-secondary or college institution to evolve and thrive, it must sustain a nationwide presence. Each fall, spring, and summer, the North Carolina Central University Chapter travels to annual conferences located throughout North Carolina and the country. In order to raise money to attend these conferences, Phi Beta Lambda members partake in many fundraising activities which include selling fruit, candy bars, and serving as volunteers at RBC Center and Durham Bulls events. These conferences bring a substantial amount of recognition to North Carolina Central University and the School of Business due to the amount of success that Iota Tau accomplishes.
While attending the conferences, students are given the opportunity to gain knowledge, network, and compete in events that ultimately earn them a slot to compete at the National Leadership Conference. Other activities at the conferences include attending various workshops, the appointment of new state officers, and networking with other members from across the state.

FALL DEVELOPMENT
The North Carolina Central University Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda will be attending the annual Fall Leadership Conference.

STATE
This past April at the Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference held in Charlotte, North Carolina, several students became eligible to represent the state of North Carolina and compete in business-related events at the National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida.

NATIONAL
FBLA-PBL members have the competitive edge, as the best and brightest of FBLA and PBL convene to compete in leadership events, share their successes, and learn new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. This four-day conference is considered the pinnacle of the FBLA-PBL experience, especially for those running for national office.
